GENERAL INFORMATION

Congress Venue
The 6th International Emergency Medicine Congress, organized by the Turkish Emergency Medicine Foundation, will be held at Rixos Sungate Hotel, Antalya, from 23 to 26 October 2026.
Congress Language
The official languages of the congress are Turkish and English.
Registration Desks
Registration desks will be open from 23 October 2026 and will remain in service until the evening of 26 October 2026. Participants will be welcomed by the Nora MICE staff at all designated hotels.
Name Badge
All participants are required to wear their congress name badges at all times during the meeting. Name badges are mandatory for access to the congress venue, scientific sessions, lunch services, exhibition area, and all social events.
Certificate of Attendance
A Certificate of Attendance will be provided to all registered participants who attend the congress.
Invitation Letters
Official invitation letters for institutional leave applications will be issued upon request through the Congress Secretariat. Please note that these letters are intended solely to facilitate leave applications and do not imply any financial support.
Please Note: All registration, accommodation, and sponsorship sales and marketing activities for the congress will be managed exclusively by Nora MICE.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Abstract Submission Deadline: September 25, 2026

To promote scientific knowledge sharing in the field of Emergency Medicine and to present the latest developments in an interdisciplinary environment, the 6th International Emergency Medicine Congress, organized by the Turkish Emergency Medicine Foundation, will be held in Antalya, Türkiye, on 23–26 October 2026. Participants wishing to submit an oral presentation and/or electronic poster (e-poster) are expected to complete their submissions in accordance with the following guidelines.

1) General Rules

Both oral and e-poster presentations will be accepted.
The official language of the presentations is English.
Abstracts must be submitted only through the online submission system. Abstracts submitted by e-mail will not be considered.
Full names, academic titles, institutional affiliations, and contact information of all authors must be entered completely into the submission system.
Submitted abstracts must represent original work that has not been previously presented or published.
Full-text oral presentations will be requested through the system after the abstract evaluation process, if applicable.
The presenting author must be registered for the congress.

2) Abstract Writing Guidelines

Each abstract should be structured under the following headings:

Title

The title should clearly reflect the content of the study and be concise.
The first letter of each major word should be capitalized. Avoid writing the entire title in uppercase letters except where required.

Materials and Methods

Describe the study design, sample size, methodology, measurement tools, and statistical analysis in sufficient detail.
Ethical approval information should be provided where applicable.

Results

Present the main findings clearly and, whenever possible, support them with numerical data.

Conclusion

Clearly summarize the scientific contribution, clinical implications, and recommendations arising from the study.

3. Technical Requirements

The abstract text must not exceed 350 words. (The title, author names, affiliations, and tables/figures are not included in the word count.)
Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, and 1.5 line spacing.
A maximum of two tables and/or figures may be included.
Leave a blank line between paragraphs; do not use paragraph indentation.
Use only standard abbreviations. Any uncommon or non-standard abbreviation should be defined in parentheses when first introduced.

4. E-Poster Preparation Guidelines

Posters accepted by the Congress Scientific Committee will be displayed electronically.
Each e-poster must consist of a single slide.
The slide must be prepared in 16:9 Widescreen format.
If a background image is used, a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels is recommended.
The title and institutional logos, if applicable, should be clear, prominent, and easily readable.

5. Evaluation Process

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Congress Scientific Committee.
Evaluation will be based on scientific merit, originality, methodological quality, and compliance with the submission guidelines.
The deadline for abstract submission is 25 September 2026 at 23:59 (Türkiye Time). Abstracts submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
Authors will be notified of the review results beginning 5 October 2026.

6. Ethical Considerations and Responsibilities

All listed authors must have made a substantial scientific contribution to the study, and all required ethical approvals must have been obtained.
Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work and for avoiding plagiarism by appropriately citing all relevant sources.
Authors whose accepted presentations are not presented at the congress without prior notice may be subject to restrictions on future abstract submissions.

REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

All fees are exclusive of VAT.
Accommodation packages include 3 nights, with check-in on 23 October 2026 from 14:00 and check-out on 26 October 2026 until 12:00.
Breakfast before 14:00 on the arrival day and lunch after 12:00 on the departure day are not included in the hotel's all-inclusive concept. Should sponsored participants request these services, the additional charges will be reflected in the sponsoring company's budget.
Registration is mandatory for speakers, specialists, residents, and company representatives wishing to attend the scientific sessions and access the congress venue.
The registration fee includes admission to all scientific sessions, a name badge, congress program, certificate of attendance, and congress bag.
Complimentary transfers included in the package are valid for 23 October (arrival) and 26 October (departure) only. Please contact the official congress agency regarding transfers on alternative dates.
The organizing agency reserves the right to revise prices in the event of significant exchange rate fluctuations, currency devaluation, or related increases in operational costs.

FINANCIAL TERMS

A customized budget proposal will be prepared and submitted based on the number of participants and room requirements provided.
Exhibition stand activities, catering services, and hall decorations will be quoted separately according to the sponsor's specific requests.
Any outstanding balances remaining after the congress that are not paid on time will be subject to 10% monthly< late payment interest.
In the event of postponement or changes to the congress format due to force majeure, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, pandemics, or civil disturbances, confirmed sponsorships will be transferred to the rescheduled congress dates.
In case of cancellation, refunds may be processed on dates mutually agreed upon by the organizing agency and the sponsoring company.
VAT will be added to all registration, accommodation, and sponsorship fees.
If advance payments are made in >Turkish Lira (TRY), any exchange rate differences that may arise will be reflected in the final invoice.
Deposits paid in foreign currency will be deducted from the final invoice in the same currency.
Deposits paid in Turkish Lira will be converted into Euro using the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) foreign exchange buying rate applicable on the first day of the organization and deducted from the final invoice accordingly.
Foreign currency deposits will be reconciled using the CBRT exchange buying rate valid on the invoice date.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Nora MICE.
No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after 25 July 2026. Any resulting labor costs or losses will also be charged accordingly.
All outstanding balances must be settled before the congress. A 10% late payment surcharge will apply to unpaid balances.
The organizing agency reserves the right to revise prices in response to exchange rate fluctuations, currency devaluation, or related increases in costs.
Please include the reference "ACIL2026" in the payment description for all bank transfers.
